Client Consultation Mastery (Half Day)

This half-day training focuses on mastering the consultation process, the foundation of every successful skin clinic. The training follows on from the Pro Skin Method to enable students a deep dive into their current consultation practices, reduce fluff and design a consultation that is bespoke to their treatment menu and outcomes.

Therapists will learn how to ask the right questions, actively listen, and extract the information needed to confidently prescribe both treatments and homecare.
