- These Holographic pigments are so fine, they are working only by rubbing them on the surface of a Tack Free Topcoat.
- By using the brush applicator brush, rub in all directions for the Holographic pigments to stain the surface layer of the Topcoat.
- When the multi colors effect is obtained, use Topcoat again to seal with shine.
- This Holographic pigment is very subtle, it shows more in a bright day light and not so much in the shade.
