There are no pre-requisites for entry to this course. Although this course is great or a Beauty Therapist of Beautician to upgrade or refresh their skills in Advanced Facial Treatments.
There is no student kit with the course, although all materials and skincare products will be available to purchase.
Certificate of Attainment for this course Advanced Facial Treatments, has the highest standard of training, although this course is non-accredited, its equivalent with the (Statement of Attainment for completion of Certificate III in Beauty Services, code: SIBBFAS404A Provide facial treatment).
Students will have practical hands and this will be completed throughout the duration of the course. Students must be willing to receive treatments as well as practice unless a Doctors Certificate is provided.

Description
This 5 day Advanced facial course offers students a more advanced insight in the skills and knowledge required to assess client’s skin and apply advanced facial treatment procedures. Utilising specialised products and electrical equipment for a range of skin conditions.
Facial treatments are designed and performed in response to a client consultation and assessment, conducted and recorded on a treatment plan. Facial treatment services involve the application of a combination of manual massage and other selected treatment products and techniques.
The course will cover the theory and the practical requirements for Advanced Facial treatments
- Client preparation
- Learn to identify different skin types
- Skin disorders and contra-indications
- Step by step facial procedure
- Cleansing & Peeling
- Facial and scalp massage
- How to use different skin care products
- How to use different masks
- Learn how to do a paraffin facial.
- Learn all machinery and each of the function, Facial Steamer with Ozone, High Frequency, Galvanic, Skin Lifting, Vacuum and Spray, Brush Machine
- Advanced Skin Analysis with a woods lamp
- How to apply each machine to each and every different skin type
