This product is design to cleanser the lash prior to lash lamination/lash lifitng/ lash perming.
This product is used sparely after the Micellar Water cleanser and before the Lash Primer.
The Eyelash Cleanser is an extra step to make sure the lashes are free from any extra oils, makeup residue to allow the primer to work its magic.
