FILTER REPLACEMENT & MAINTENANCE

Filter replacement: COSMETICAIR Filter cartridges generally last six months under normal workloads but varying conditions will alter the overall effective life eg: heavy work loads, concentrated spills, high humidity, etc.

The filter cartridges collect vapours and dust much like a vacuum cleaner bag. Once full, they must be replaced or vapour breakthrough will occur.

A spare set of filters should be kept on hand for when vapour breakthrough becomes apparent (heavy odour).

Filter maintenance: COSMETICAIR needs little maintenance. Simply wash pre-filter pads regularly and replace monthly “or” when spillage occurs. Wipe clean when necessary with a damp, sterile cloth.
