Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder by ELAN Professional Line is specially developed for the eyebrow hair bleaching.

The Ultramarine Powder by ELAN professional line is enriched with the conditioning liquidum complex, which ensures the maximum protection and care of the eyebrow hairs during the eyebrow bleaching procedure, providing the bleaching mixture with elasticity for more comfortable application. The neutralising ultramarine pigments reduce a potential risk of the undesired yellow tone in the bleached hairs.

Light Technique: 1-2 colour levels

1. Mix Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with ELAN Oxidising Emulsion 3% with the ratio 3:1 (One part powder + Three parts emulsion)
2. Apply bleach mixture to thicker hairs. Then spread the mixture on the eyebrows.
3. Leave to develop 1-3 minutes depending on desired eyebrow shade.
4. Remove with a cotton pad moistened with water.
5. Repeat process if a lighter shade is desired.
6. Apply ELAN Cleansing Detox Mousse to stop the chemical reaction. (Remove with a cotton pad moistened with water)
7. It is recommended to use ELAN Colour Fixing Fluid as a leave in care treatment after bleaching.

Intense technique: 3-5 colour levels

1. Mix Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with ELAN Oxidising Emulsion 3% with the ratio 2:1 (One part powder + Two parts emulsion)
2. Apply bleach mixture to thicker hairs. Then spread the mixture on the eyebrows.
3. Leave to develop 5-15 minutes depending on desired brow shade.
4. Remove with a cotton pad moistened with water.
5. Repeat process if a lighter shade is desired.
6. Apply ELAN Cleansing Detox Mousse to stop the chemical reaction. (Remove with a cotton pad moistened with water)
7. It is recommended to use ELAN Colour Fixing Fluid as a leave in care treatment after bleaching.
