HOW DO I ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODES?
Upon checkout, there will be an option to enter any promotional codes. Please ensure you enter the correct code and that your order complies with the terms and conditions of the promotion. If you have double checked everything and it still does not work, please contact our Customer Service on 1300 797 656. Please note, promotional codes cannot be used after an order has been placed. If you are having problems on the day the code is ending, please email our Customer Service Team at email@example.com right away so the issue can be amended in due time.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, select the item you desire and click “ADD TO CART”. The items you have added to cart should appear when you view your shopping cart located on the top right hand corner of the screen. You will be able to view your selected items and add or remove quantity from this page. From here, you can also select to have the product shipped directly to you, or you can select the option of picking up from our Underwood store.
Once you have carefully reviewed your shopping cart and selected your shipping options, click “CHECKOUT”. At the checkout, you can enter any coupon or gift card details, enter your billing and shipping information and select your payment option.
