All default delivery quotes are for residential. 

If you would like delivery to a business address, please feel free to ask us for a quote as residential delivery incurs additional charges.

If you would like a premium delivery service, please feel free to ask us for a quote.

Quoted delivery is a ‘door-to-door‘ service only. Couriers are unable to take products into your rooms or up stairs and small lifts. Drivers will also not unpack or take rubbish away.

**RESIDENTIAL** – Couriers are unable to call in advance & if you are unavailable to receive your delivery all items will be left with an ‘authority to leave‘ in a safe place. If the courier deems the delivery address to be unsafe to leave your items, they will be taken back to the depot. 

**COMMERCIAL ADDRESS** – Couriers are unable to call in advance & if you are unavailable to receive your delivery all items will be returned to the depot for redelivery. 

**DELIVERY TIME**  is time in transit and does not include warehouse processing and packing times or pre-order timeframes. Please note: delivery times are only estimates and can not be guaranteed. Salon Supplies and Furniture is not responsible for any delays in transit. 

Pick up: Please call to book your pickup time with our team. STRICTLY by appointment only! Orders can only be picked up in a van, truck, ute or similar. Salon Supplies and Furniture is unable to load orders into any cars and 4WD’s or assist with any loading.

** PRE ORDER** dates are estimates only and may not arrive by the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) into our warehouse due to multiple factors outside of our control. We can not be held responsible for delays in transit. Your order will be sent once all items are in stock.
